Sexy & comfortable, what else?
The fabric is soft, the cut is comfortable and sexy, it's a mix of brief and trunk, I really like it. This is one of my favorite CK underwears.

A new favorite
I got the ck one stretch briefs as somewhat of a happy medium between hip briefs/bikinis and trunks.
What I can say is that the fabric is comfy. The seams are only around the front pouch, which is perfectly roomy. And the cut is kind of like a trunk with about two inches off of the legs.
I'm taking off one star because they sometimes would ride up in the lower back throughout the day. Also, more color and pattern choices would be good.
But overall, I'd recommend giving these briefs a try and am probably going to purchase another pair or two.
