Not impressed.
The backpack is beautiful and looks good, but my backpack came with a white scratch on it. Then I placed it one the floor and it got scratched and again and it seems like the thread pulled apart and now it looks white. I am very dissatisfied. with the quality. I don't have time to ship it back or else I would.
