Very comfortable!
I tried 3 different brands of thongs, and these are by far the best! The pouch is large enough that I don't fall out of it during the day. These thongs are the best I've tried, and I will definitely buy more.
I tried thongs to keep my underwear from riding-up during the day while sitting and driving, and these solved that problem. My wife really likes them too!
