RETURN POLICY

Apparel and Accessories Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Final Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.

As a convenience to our customers, you may also return apparel and accessories products purchased at calvinklein.com to any Calvin Klein Retail or Company Store. In order for our stores to properly process your calvinklein.com return you must present your packing slip.

Please note our Madison Avenue Collection Store in New York can only process returns from our Home Collection. Please follow the returns instructions on your packing slip for Home Collection product.

If PayPal is used for payment, all returned products must be sent by mail. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns at our Calvin Klein Retail, Company or Collection store locations. For information on how to return by mail, click here.

Calvin Klein Exclusive Bags and Accessories Return Policy

Items purchased through CalvinKlein.com while in-store can be returned free of charge to the store, or for a fee using the pre-paid return label provided inside the package. A fee of $5.95 will be deducted for all items returned via mail.

We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacture defects on our handbags and wallets. Bring the merchandise along with proof of purchase to a Specialty Store and the store staff will determine if the damage is repairable or offer an exchange for equal or lesser value. If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process the item can be repaired at the expense of the customer.

Collection Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. In order to properly process your return, items must be unused and in their original box or packaging along with the packing slip.

All Collection product with the exception of area rugs should be returned to the following address:

Area Rug Return Policy

Area rugs purchased on calvinklein.com may not be returned to our retail stores. All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product to the Nourison Industries warehouse. Before you make a return please call Calvin Klein Customer Service at 866-513-0513 to receive an authorization. See packing slip or call Customer Service for the warehouse address.

If a rug has a manufacturing defect you may request an exchange or return.

If you'd like to return your purchase for other reasons, including color, style or other aesthetic reasons, a restocking fee of 15% will be assessed; customer must pay for return freight to the warehouse; original delivery fees are non-refundable. For all rug exchanges and returns, product must be repacked in its original packaging materials. Soiled or used rugs may be charged an additional fee or refused receipt.

METHODS FOR RETURNS

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed return instructions for all returnable items. There are two return options for most items:

  • Pre-paid Return Shipping (preferred method, available for most orders)
  • Standard Return Shipping

Hassle Free Returns - Pre-Paid Return shipping

For convenient return processing on most orders, your packing slip will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed label for your return package. Pre-paid return shipping is available only for apparel and accessories product. Pre-paid return shipping is not available for Home Collection product (barware, bedding, ceramic giftware, dinnerware, flatware, frames, glass giftware, glassware and towels).

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, components and accessories. All products must be unworn / unused and tags must be attached, to ensure proper credit.
  • Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip. Remove the mailing label portion and include the remainder of the slip in the return package.
  • Affix the pre-paid label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • Send your package via US Mail by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping it at a local post office or mail drop point.
  • No postage is required. The fixed shipping rate of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged postage until the return is processed.
  • Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original method of payment (credit card and merchandise credit).
  • If your order was paid for with a gift card, your return will be refunded using a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit will be sent to you via US postal mail. Allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Allow 3 business days for the refund to post to the account once it has been completed. Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser, minus the pre-paid return fee.
  • You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
  • You are able to track your return shipment through My Account.
  • Please do not reproduce the pre-paid label in any way, to ensure proper credit processing.

Standard Return Shipping

If you would prefer to use your own shipping method:

  • Pack merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All products must be unworn / unused and tags must be attached, to ensure proper credit.
  • Please identify your reason for return on the back of the packing slip and include it in the return package.
  • Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • You will need to return the merchandise to the warehouse that shipped your purchase. This information will be shown on your packing slip. You can also refer to the warehouse address listed under Return Policy.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service. Save the shipping receipt with the order tracking number for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
  • Keep the Return Order Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Merchandise credit will be issued for gift returns.
  • To expedite your return, please include the original packing slip.
  • Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original method of payment (credit card and merchandise credit).
  • If your order was paid for with a gift card, your return will be refunded using a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit will be sent to you via US postal mail.
  • Allow 7-14 business days to process your return.
  • Allow 3 business days for the refund to post to the account once it has been completed. Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
  • If your state required taxes on shipping, we will refund shipping tax when an item is returned.

No Packing Slip? Please include the following information with your return:

  • Name, full address, daytime phone number, email address
  • Please indicate the reason for the return
  • If the merchandise is defective or arrived damaged
  • Date of purchase and method used for payment
  • Order number (if available)

CREDIT

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. If any portion of your order is paid for with a gift card, that portion of your return will be refunded using a merchandise credit. We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

PRICE EXCHANGES/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Price Adjustments will be accepted within 14 days of your order. Applies only to permanent markdowns.

Exchanges/Defective Merchandise:

If you're exchanging an item because of an error on the part of calvinklein.com or because of quality issues, calvinklein.com will pay the cost of Standard Ground shipping to send a replacement item to you.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Returned items will be credited to the original form of payment. At this point, you can place an order for the replacement item. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. Allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Allow 3 business days following this for the refund to post to the account once it has been completed and 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement. At this time you can place the order for your replacement item(s). If your order was paid for with a gift card, your return will be refunded using a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit will be sent to you via US postal mail. However, if you do not wish to wait until the return is processed you can replace the order through calvinklein.com at any time using an alternative form of payment.

WRONG ITEM, COLOR OR SIZE

If we shipped you the wrong item, please email us by clicking Contact Customer Service Department.

It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you call, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit our Order Tracking page to find the number in Your Order History. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received.

Please note: Calvin Klein is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
