Adding Items to Your Shopping Bag

To add items to your Shopping Bag, follow these simple steps:

  • It may be necessary to choose a size and/or color for the item you want to purchase. Click on the drop-down menu under the product description to select a size and/or color.

    If a size or color is not listed in the drop-down menu, it is out of stock and is not available for purchase.

  • Enter a quantity in the field provided.

  • Make note of the Availability of the item.

    This tells you when we expect the item to leave our warehouse. Items that are not In Stock may take longer. The time it takes for the item to arrive at its destination depends on the shipping method you select in Checkout. For more information about item availability, click here.

  • Click the "Add to Bag" button to add the item to your Shopping Bag.

Viewing Item Availability

All items featured on our website are available for sale and ready to ship. In the unusual situation in which one item is available for sale and two customers place it in their shopping bag at the same time, one customer may receive an out of stock message at checkout.

Calculating Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Warehouse Handling Time + Shipping Time

Warehouse Handling Time refers to the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse (usually takes 1 to 2 days).

Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our warehouse.

  • During checkout, you will get to select a shipping method and see the total time it takes for the item to leave the warehouse and ship to its destination. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Viewing Your Order Status

You may check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Tracking page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get current information regarding your orders. Please note: order information may not appear in your order history on calvinklein.com for up to 1 hour.

When you click on Order Tracking, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. The Your Order History page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.

Most orders follow this sequence:

  1. Submitted and processing: Your order has been submitted and the information you entered during checkout is being processed.
  2. Item(s) located in stock: The items that you selected and submitted with your order are available and have been located in our warehouse.
  3. Shipped on: 00/00/0000: The items have shipped from our warehouse to the indicated shipping destination.

After your order is shipped, the order tracking number will be displayed if the carrier offers order tracking. You can click on the order tracking number to view the delivery status of your order (a carrier may not have the ability to track a number for up to 48 hours).

All questions regarding the status of a package with an order tracking number can be directed to the carrier or by sending us a message by clicking Customer Service Department. To contact the carrier, simply click on the order tracking number. You will then be redirected to their website where more information is available.

Tracking Your Order

At our warehouse, order tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's order tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.

Orders placed on calvinklein.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Order tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, Your Order History on calvinklein.com will not offer order tracking information but will still offer order status and other details. To learn the difference between order tracking information and order status, please read the information provided below.

Finding Your Order Status

The status of your order is easy to find.

  • Check your email. You are required to enter an email address during Checkout, so that you may receive emails regarding the status of your order.
  • Visit the website. You may sign in at calvinklein.com and view Your Order History at any time. Information about your open orders, order tracking, and past orders is available.
  • Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please send us a message by clicking Contact Customer Service Department.

All questions regarding the status of a package with an order tracking number can be directed to the carrier or by sending us an email by clicking Contact Customer Service Department. To contact the carrier, simply click on the order tracking number. You will then be redirected to their website where contact information is available.

Delivery of Your Items

Delivery time of purchased items depends on your location and designated shipping method.

  • Items are only shipped during regular business days, which are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you receive an email notifying you that your items have been shipped during a weekend or federal holiday, they will not actually be shipped until the following business day.
  • Make note of the Availability of your items.
    This tells you when we expect to ship your item from our warehouse. Once your items have left our warehouse, the shipping method you select during Checkout will determine when your order will arrive. (For example, if your items take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse and you select "Express" shipping, it may actually take 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.)   • We place an extremely high value on customer security and privacy. For related reasons, most items take a minimum of 1 to 2 business days to leave our warehouse, before beginning the shipping process.

Making Changes to Your Shopping Bag

You can make the following changes to your Shopping Bag:

  • Update the quantity. To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Update Bag".
  • Remove an item from your Shopping Bag. To remove an item, click "Remove from Bag" or change the quantity to zero and click "Update Bag".
  • Move an item to your Wish List. If there are items in your Shopping Bag that you want to save, but do not wish to purchase immediately, you can move them to your Wish List by clicking on Move to Wish List.
  • Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping on calvinklein.com, you may click Continue Shopping. You can use the Shopping Bag to store items you wish to purchase. At any time, you can return to your bag by clicking "My Bag" at the top of the page.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with an item you purchased, you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges. An item must be returned within 30 days, unworn with tags attached, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, original components and accessories to ensure full credit. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Please refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your item.

Return Address

In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. In order to expedite the processing of your return, we prefer that all apparel and fashion accessories be returned to our Kentucky facility:

As a convenience to our customers, you may also return products purchased at calvinklein.com to any Calvin Klein Retail, Company or Collection store. In order for our stores to properly process your calvinklein.com return you must present your packing slip.

Methods for Returns

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed return instructions for all returnable items. There are two return options for most items:

  • Pre-paid Return Shipping (preferred method, available for most orders)
  • Standard Return Shipping

Hassle Free Returns - Pre-Paid Return Shipping

For convenient return processing on most orders, your packing slip will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed label for your return package. Pre-paid return shipping is available only for apparel and accessories product. Pre-paid return shipping is not available for Home Collection product (barware, bedding, ceramic giftware, dinnerware, flatware, frames, glass giftware, glassware and towels).

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, components and accessories. All products must be unworn / unused and tags must be attached, to ensure proper credit.
  2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip. Remove the mailing label portion and include the remainder of the slip in the return package.
  3. Affix the pre-paid label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send your package via US Mail by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping it at a local post office or mail drop point.
    • No postage is required. The fixed shipping rate of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged postage until the return is processed.
    • Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original method of payment (credit card and merchandise credit).
    • If your order was paid for with a gift card, your return will be refunded using a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit will be sent to you via US postal mail. Allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Allow 3 business days for the refund to post to the account once it has been completed. Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
    • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser, minus the pre-paid return fee.
    • You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
    • You are able to track your return shipment through My Account.
    • Please do not reproduce the pre-paid label in any way, to ensure proper credit processing.

Standard Return Shipping

If you would prefer to use your own shipping method:

  1. Pack merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All products must be unworn / unused and tags must be attached to insure credit.
  2. Please identify your reason for return on the back of the packing slip and include it in the return package.
  3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. You will need to return the merchandise to the warehouse that shipped your purchase. This information will be shown on your packing slip. You can also refer to the warehouse address listed under Return Policy.
  5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  6. For your protection, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service. Save the shipping receipt with the order tracking number for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
  7. Keep the Return Order Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  8. To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of the date of your order.
  9. Merchandise credit will be issued for gift returns.
    • To expedite your return, please include the original packing slip.
    • Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original method of payment (credit card and merchandise credit).
    • If your order was paid for with a gift card, your return will be refunded using a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit will be sent to you via US postal mail.
    • Allow 7-14 business days to process your return.
    • Allow 3 business days for the refund to post to the account once it has been completed. Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
    • You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
    • If your state required taxes on shipping, we will refund shipping tax when an item is returned.

No Packing Slip? Please include the following information with your return / exchange:

  • Name, full address, daytime phone number, email address
  • Please indicate the reason for the return
  • Indicate if you want an exchange for a different size/color/item
  • If the merchandise is defective or arrived damaged
  • Date of purchase and method used for payment
  • Order number (if available)

Exchanges/Defective Merchandise

Price Adjustments will be accepted within 14 days of your order.

Exchanges/Defective Merchandise: If you're exchanging an item because of an error on the part of calvinklein.com or because of quality issues, calvinklein.com will pay the cost of Standard Ground shipping to send a replacement item to you.

Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.

Credit

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. We will cover the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Wrong Item, Color, or Size

If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Department by clicking Contact Customer Service Department. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you call, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit our Order Tracking page to find the number in Your Order History. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received.

Please note: Calvin Klein is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.

Other Calvin Klein Returns

Please refer to our Store Locator for purchases made in Calvin Klein Retail Stores and Calvin Klein Company Stores.

Purchases made in a department store (e.g. Macy's) or other Dot Com locations must be addressed at that specific store/location.

Making a calvinklein.com return at any of our Calvin Klein Retail, Company and Collections stores: Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. Merchandise must be unworn and the price tag must be attached to be accepted as a return in our stores. You must have your packing slip/receipt with you in order for the store to process your return and credit the original form of payment. Unfortunately, calvinklein.com, Calvin Klein Retail Stores and Calvin Klein Company Stores are unable to accept returns from department or other stores.

I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER

After you have clicked "Send My Order", you cannot cancel or change your order*. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. If you do not wish to keep the items once they have arrived in the mail, simply return them by following our Return Instructions. We will not accept refused shipments. In order to be properly credited you must follow the Return Instructions process.

*Note: You may cancel your order if you receive an email notifying you that we are unable to process your payment information. Please contact us immediately at 866-513-0513 if you receive this email and wish to cancel your order.
