    Standard Shipping Fee is MYR 50. Free Shipping is offered for purchase over MYR 420 in a single order, excluding tax and duties (if applicable).

    Orders are shipped from Hong Kong SAR. Delivery will take 3 to 5 working days after the order is dispatched.

    Please note that we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes.

    RETURN POLICY

    The full amount (excluding the shipping fee, customs duties and sales taxes) will be credited in the same format as the original form of payment if the returned item is postmarked within 14 calendar days of the shipping date on the proof of purchase and accompanied by the original return form.

    Sale items being sold at a discount of 30% or more, fragrance, underwear bottoms (men’s, women’s, boys’ and girls’), socks and earrings are not eligible for a return or refund and will be sent back to the customer.

    Under our Return and Refund Policy, a processing fee of 50 MYR will be charged for each international return.
